RAINN (Rape, Abuse & Incest National Network) is the nation’s largest anti-sexual assault organization and was named one of “America’s 100 Best Charities” by Worth magazine. Foods and Moods
So what are the good mood foods? reports on a study of 3,500 men and women published in the British Journal of Psychiatry. Participants who ate a diet “rich in whole foods” were less likely to feel depressed than those who consumed a lot of processed meats, refined grains, and high-fat dairy products. Furthermore, folate (a B vitamin found in spinach, beans, and citrus fruits) affects the neurotransmitters that impact mood. click link to read more
